Warranty

All Zonveer electric dirt bikes are covered by a manufacturer’s 1-Year All-Inclusive Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship.

 

1. Warranty Period and Applicability

Duration: The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year, starting from the date the initial purchaser receives the electric dirt bike.

Initial Purchaser: The warranty is automatically registered to the initial purchaser when the order is placed on the Zonveer official website.

Warranty Transfer: The warranty can be transferred to a subsequent owner (transferee) only if both of the following conditions are met:

 

The 1-year warranty period has not expired since the initial owner received the bike.

The transferee possesses the initial owner's name and the initial order number.

2. Warranty Covered Items

This warranty covers the replacement of any part determined by Zonveer, at its sole discretion, to be defective in material and/or workmanship.

Frame

1 Year

The defective frame will be replaced with a new or comparable one. Labor charges for frame replacement are NOT covered. Heybike may use the stock for replacements.

Battery

1 Year

A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. No cash reimbursement will be made. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains based on the original purchase date.

Original Parts & Components

1 Year

Covers manufacturing defects for components such as the handlebars, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, pedals, rims, wiring harness, etc. Zonveer is responsible for the shipping costs of replacement parts under a warranty claim.

 

 

3. Shipping Damage Claims

If a product is damaged during the shipping process, the customer must submit a claim to Zonveer within 7 days of receiving the electric dirt bike.

You must contact service@zonveermoto.com via email and provide photos or videos of the damage.

Note that free accessories are not covered for replacement or compensation if they incur scratches during transportation.

 

4. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

(1) Normal Wear and Tear

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Handlebar and throttle

Saddle

Brake Pads, Rotors

Tires and Tubes

Chains, Chain Rings, Cassettes, Cranksets

Spokes and kickstand

Corrosion on electrical components

 

(2) Damage from Misuse, Neglect, or Accident

Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use (e.g., stunt riding, racing, or activities inconsistent with the product's intended use).

Damage caused by improper storage, neglect, or abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt.

Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, theft, or improper use of any electrical source.

(3) Assembly and Modification

Defects or damage caused by assembly, operation, maintenance, service, repair, or adjustment that varies from the official Assembly Instructions and Owner Manuals.

Non-reversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding) to the frame or components.

Damage caused by the use of accessories or ancillary equipment not furnished or approved by Zonveer.

(4) Cosmetic and Identification

Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless directly caused by Zonveer.

Damage or deterioration of the product's surface finish and appearance.

Products with a serial number or barcode that has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

(5) Battery-Specific Exclusions

Defects or damage caused by charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the battery.

Any instance where the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.

Use of the battery in equipment other than the Zonveer electric dirt bike.

(6) Geographical Limitation

Products used or purchased outside of the United States/Canada.

5. Warranty Claims Procedure

1. Initial Contact: Your first point of contact should be the official Zonveer service where you purchased your bike.

 

2. Submitting Evidence: To file a warranty claim, you must contact Zonveer Customer Support at service@zonveermoto.com via email and provide:

Proof of Purchase

Photos or videos of the damaged product or defect

 

3. Assessment: Zonveer reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any damage or defect is covered under this limited warranty. Zonveer will not ship any parts to the customer without first reviewing the required photos or videos. Thanks for your cooperation!
