Your order can only be canceled before it ships.To cancel the order, please email us: service@zonveermoto.com. Canceling order requests may not be available during the weekend or holiday.

Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via service@zonveermoto.com, we will solve it for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.
