At Zonveer, we want to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Zonveer ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO boxes. Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses located in California, Georgia, New Jersey, and Florida.
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please remember to register an account (make a subscription) on our site in advance.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Important Note: All delivery dates (including pre-sale) are estimates derived from past data and are for reference only. Processing and shipping times may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays. Zonveer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Changes should be made before your order ships, and sometimes changes may not be made successfully. Therefore, to avoid delays and additional charges, we highly recommend that you carefully check the shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping is free for all newly purchased electric dirt bikes.
· Accessory orders over $99 ship free.
· Accessory orders under $99 will incur a shipping fee based on distance and displayed at checkout.
If a return is initiated by the customer for reasons other than the goods being damaged or incorrect due to Zonveer fault, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

We take great care in packaging your electric dirt bike, but if your order arrives damaged, Zonveer will provide replacement parts or compensation as long as the damage is reported correctly.
To qualify for a shipping damage claim, please follow these steps:
1. Report the damage to Zonveer within 7 days of delivery. Please contact service@zonveermoto.com via email.
2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the damage.
3. Keep and return all original packaging and documents.
4. If the courier requires a signature, note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
Once a replacement part is approved according to Zonveer warranty policy, we will bear the return shipping cost of the replacement part. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the cost.
Important Note: Zonveer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by the courier unless proper claim steps are followed. If a customer arranges their own freight or uses a third-party shipping service, shipping damage will not be covered under Zonveer’s shipping or warranty policy. If your package is lost during shipping and not delivered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and offer you the best solution.
Due to weight and size limits, e-bikes and accessories may arrive in separate packages. You may receive 2 or more tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on separate days. Please wait for some time or contact our customer service for all tracking numbers.
